Tested C-45; EN-8, EN-9; EN-24; EN-19 (Forged/Rolled/Cast); P-20; Steel Casting.Materials are Ultrasonically / Mechanically tested and Chemically analyzed.

With what LEAD TIME?

10-60 days depending on type and size, suitable to customer needs.

With what QUALITY?

Mould base is inspected in every stage of manufacturing and certified with a self inspection report prior to dispatch.

With what CAPACITY?

Machining capacity of each block weighing up to 10000 kg and total mould base weight of 20000 kg.
